Teddybum Inc. Terms of Service

Welcome to Teddybum Inc. ("Teddybum," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Teddybum provides a subscription-based cloth diaper service, including delivery of clean cloth diapers, pick-up of soiled diapers, laundering, and redelivery.

2. Eligibility

To subscribe to our service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Reside within our service delivery areas.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans: Our service operates on a recurring subscription basis. Details of available plans, pricing, and billing frequency are provided on our website.
Payment: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next scheduled delivery day to avoid charges. All Teddybum materials must be returned on the next scheduled delivery day.
Lost & Missing Diapers: Will be charged at a rate of $5/diaper for the first 5 diapers and $20/diaper for each additional diaper.

4. Service Responsibilities

Teddybum’s Responsibilities:
- Deliver clean cloth diapers to your specified address on the scheduled day.
- Pick up soiled diapers on scheduled dates.
- Ensure proper laundering and hygiene practices.
Your Responsibilities:
- Store soiled diapers in the provided container until pick-up.
- Placing soiled diapers in the provided container and placing them outside their home in a designated pick-up area by 8 AM on their scheduled pickup day.
- Notify us promptly of any service-related issues or changes to your subscription.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

Using diapers for purposes other than their intended use.
Tampering with or damaging our property, including diapers and containers.
Reselling or redistributing the service.

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Allergic Reactions: While Teddybum uses safe and baby-friendly detergents, we cannot guarantee that our products will not cause allergic reactions. Clients are responsible for monitoring their child's skin and seeking medical attention if necessary.
Damage to Property: Teddybum is not responsible for any damage to the client's property caused by its employees or contractors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Teddybum is not liable for any damages arising from improper use of the diapers or containers.
Teddybum is not liable for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or unforeseen events.
Maximum Liability: In all cases, Teddybum’s total liability to you for any claim, loss, or damages arising from or related to the service will not exceed the total amount of subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our service, you consent to this collection and use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate these Terms or if we can no longer provide service to your area.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
